The third Quarter of 2012 see construction works well underway, this included the total recladding of the front & building sides, new global connecting digital entry system, stainless steel & glass entrance door set, stainless steel and glass windows and decoration.  In addition the building insulation was enhanced in the cavity between the façade and substructure with added insulation properties. Double glazed, low emission UPVC windows have also been installed throughout the front block and sides to all levels.
