Toward the end of the second quarter of 2012 as meticulously planned, work is well underway to completely review, check and update all office space electrics, testing, and repairs & rewire as required to bring in line with the latest regulations. In addition a new fire alarm was installed throughout along with ancillary items, along with emergency lighting.
The concurrent phase of works dealt with the reception works, new flooring to entrance and stairs, a full bank of lockable post boxes, new handrail and full decorations carrying on through with the refurbishment of the front of building toilet blocks on first & second floors both ladies & gentleman toilets.
