Refurb / Upgrade and maintenance works through 2019 and 2020.

To give our occupants the best level of commitment we can, since early 2019 through to 2020 we have been planning and carry out various works summarised as follows.

Toilets, new plumbing works, isolated localised water heaters to assist with immediate hot water at the tap to save resources by not wasting water waiting for cold to run hot.  we are still working our way around the toilet blocks with this phased works.  Some toilets have seen new basins, new taps and tiled walls / splashbacks.

A large amount of redecoration has taken place and due to the building size this is ongoing.

Some locations have seen new suspended ceilings, stud walls, air conditioning and areas of new carpets.

A large amount of electrical work has also been undertaken and this is ongoing.  We have had a few tenant changes, this always creates an element of refurbishment for the incoming tenant to receive a blank canvas and ensures we are services compliant.

We have undertaken major enhancements works near the rear of the building within two units, one of which was a complete "Noisy Works" strip out, totally rewired, which aside during the week working, run over several weekends.  We have seen removal of large items of plant with skips for removal of waste.  Both these rear units have had electrically operated full height shutters installed, we are pleased to say both units are let.

We continue with the ongoing yard clearance of all leaves, soil build up etc along with the regular weed removal.  We have also appointed contractors to lift every drain and gully remove all waste and jet clean to ensure the smooth running of the site.

We thank all occupants for your patience and understanding, all works has been carried out seamlessly due to planning and working closely with affected occupants.

November 2016,   We are pleased to announce we have now upgraded our Broadband facility from 16MB to 100MB broadband facility at Plumpton house.

The car parking and controlled areas have now been re-vamped with prominent lines / car parking bays and directives now in place.  Plumpton House has 50 off street parking bays, one of the many attractions to occupy space within the complex.

New car park signs are ordered and shall be installed shortly defining the volume of unallocated parking for current visitors and the like.
Second Quarter
Toward the end of the second quarter of 2012 as meticulously planned, work is well underway to completely review, check and update all office space electrics, testing, and repairs & rewire as required to bring in line with the latest regulations.  In addition a new fire alarm was installed throughout along with ancillary items, along with emergency lighting.

The concurrent phase of works dealt with the reception works, new flooring to entrance and stairs, a full bank of lockable post boxes,  new handrail and full decorations carrying on through with the refurbishment of the front of building toilet blocks on first & second floors both ladies & gentleman toilets.
